Program description

Elevation Surface Solutions uses text messaging to reply to customers who text us first with questions about garage floor coatings, estimates, or scheduling. Our replies relate only to the conversation you started. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by sending a text message to our business number. By texting us, you agree to receive text replies from Elevation Surface Solutions about your question, estimate, or appointment. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Typically, you will receive only the replies needed to answer your questions and coordinate your estimate or appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan or contact your wireless carrier for details.

STOP and HELP

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to our number and we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive any more text messages from us unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or text us again.

Carriers and delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
